WHERE IS NJS EXPORT? We are based in Kanagawa, Japan and are mail-order only.
HOW DO WE SHIP? All shipping is done via EMS from Japan Postal, with your local government postal service delivering or Fedex ( It depends on situations)
DO WE SEND A TRACKING NUMBER? Yes.
DOES SHIPPING INCLUDE INSURANCE? Yes.
ARE THERE CUSTOMS TAXES? Yes, perhaps there may be in your country. It depends on your local policies.... *PLEASE BE AWARE THERE MAY BE LOCAL CUSTOMS TAXES WHERE YOU ARE.
DO WE SHIP TO YOUR COUNTRY? We ship worldwide to most countries.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? Shipping usually takes about a week, but could take longer depending on customs in your country.
IF YOU ARE IN JAPAN, CAN YOU BUY FROM OUR STORE? We are mail-order only, but for local buyers, we can sometimes arrange a meeting in Shibuya to show product. Please e-mail us at Keirinman@NJS-Export.com if you are interested.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? Shipping depends on what you order (mostly by weight), and where you are. We calculate shipping when you place your order, but if you would like to estimate shipping, please use the charts below or use the shipping cost quote calculator on the checkout page.

If you order more than one frame or wheelset (or combination of the two) in the same order, we will ask for an additional shipping charge after or we reserve the right to cancel your order.
